Cancellation policy
We will provide a full refund prior to 7 days before your booking
We will provide a 50% refund 7 days – 24hrs
We will provide a 0% refund inside of 24 hrs
Conditions
Remote adventures NT holds safety as our number one priority. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any flight due to weather or any other safety reason.
We recommend you have sunscreen, hats and appropriate clothing for the tour (if you need assistance, please ask our friendly staff).
All flights have minimum number of passengers requirement.
A fuel surcharge may apply.
Kindly verify the accuracy of the passenger weights you submit during the booking process. It is crucial to have precise information to comply with helicopter specifications and CASA regulations. On the day of the tour, we will weigh you and your baggage to determine the correct takeoff weight. Any group or individual surpassing the specified weights at the time of booking will be unable to commence their tour and will not be eligible for a refund. Surpassing the maximum aircraft weight limits is not permissible.
All fishing equipment is supplied on the provision that if you break, lose or damage equipment you must replace or pay for the cost of replacement.
Payment can be made by CASH, EFTPOS, CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS.
Please note credit cards incur a processing fee of 1.5% for Australian cards and 3% for international cards.
