Cancellation policy
We will provide a full refund prior to 7 days before your booking
We will provide a 50% refund 7 days – 24hrs
We will provide a 0% refund inside of 24 hrs
Conditions
Remote adventures NT holds safety as our number one priority. We reserve the right to cancel or delay any flight due to weather or any other safety reason.
We recommend you have sunscreen, hats and appropriate clothing for the tour (if you need assistance, please ask our friendly staff).
All flights have minimum number of passengers requirement.
A fuel surcharge may apply.
All fishing equipment is supplied on the provision that if you break, lose or damage equipment you must replace or pay for the cost of replacement.
Payment can be made by CASH, EFTPOS, CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS.
Please note credit cards incur a processing fee of 1.5% for Australian cards and 3% for international cards.
